Creek&Gully Cider is a family farm. We farm 65 acres of Certified Organic apples. We producer over 1 million lbs. of apples a year. We grow food for people to eat! For our cider, we use apples deemed 'undesirable' to our modern food market. We want to reduce the food waste on our own farm and in our industry, while also drawing attention to the machinations of the modern food industry. Our ciders are built conceptually as a result of each year's weather, picking conditions, and market preference. It is always changing!
